Are there other solutions instead of new drivers?

Hi @Sam Stoof as suspected you have an Intel UHD Graphics for your GPU.

This does not meet minimum requirements for running current software and is most likely overloaded with so much going on (InDesign and Photoshop, etc, etc).

The speed is 661 ops/sec and the recommended minimum is 2,000. Its also over a year out of date with drivers, but not sure if there are more recent available. The older driver may not have DirectX12 feature level 12 installed yet adding to the issue.

You should consider upgrading your card to something that is capable of handling these programs.

Hi @Sam Stoof check your video - everything appears fine which means it may be an GPU issue on your machine and monitor. Also 8GB RAM is pretty light. It is the minimum for PS and if you are using more than one app at a time, you are lacking in resources.

Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
