Photoshop Script Events Manager

I have created a simple action in Photoshop. When a document is opened the base layer is duplicated and the view is sized to fit the work panel. I open the file in Photoshop from Lightroom Classic. The script works fine for TIF and JPG files. However when I open a RAW file (Canon CR2) from Lightroom the script does not run.

It's not just you; others have reported this. Something in the way the Lr sends images to Photoshop doesn't trigger the Open event in the Script Events Manager as other external apps do.
