Photoshop script to identify correction are applied in 4th band

I am trying to identify a photoshop script for the following action,

If changes/corrections made over an image missed to have impact in 4th Band.

Scenario: I have loaded a four band imagery in Photoshop and correcting the imagery only with 3 Bands selected, but 4th band must also be selected which I have missed. Now I have to identify the area corrected does not have made change in 4th band using a Script.
