Photoshop scroll bug

Hi guys, I'm having a pretty annoying issue with the last release of photoshop (and I had to update since the previous blocked the new layer button...) So, whenever I use the space button to scroll over my document, photoshop decides to always make a forced move down left, if I press several times (while zoomed or with overscroll activated) it just keeps going down left until I can't see my document anymore.
This only happen since I upgrade with the new version. This is driving me insane since I have to draw detail on an illustration and whenever I move PS decides to go down left.

Should I install the soft all over again ? should I go to a previous version?
