Photoshop showing the Welcome screen when opening my projects

Ever since I update the latest version of Photoshop I have not been able to view any of my projects. I have uninstalled and re-installed every adobe program, including creative. Has anyone had this issue?

Sorry that Photoshop is not opening your documents and instead showing the Welcome screen.

As you've uninstalled and reinstalled the apps, please note that the app preferences would still survive a reinstall. So, would you mind restoring the preferences for Photoshop & see if it helps?
