Photoshop shutdown

Hello,

 

when I start photoshop, it trying to start and shutdown automatically. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but the problem is the same. 

 

Do you any idea to fix the problem ?

Finally, I used the cleaner and reinstall PS.

Hello, since you cannot start it long enough, you can't go to the preferences to reset them.

Instead, hold down CTRL+SHIFT+ALT (on a PC) or CMD+ALT+SHIFT (on a MAC) as soon as you click on the icon to launch Ps.

This doesn't work.

 

The specs are : 8Gb with i5-3470 3.2Ghz

Windows 10 Home (2004)

What exact version of Photoshop and operating system are you running and what are your computer system specs

I'll watch for the specs.

It's running under Win 10 with PS 2020.

Asuming you have plenty of RAM and spare disk capacity, try resetting Photoshop back to the factory defaults to see if that helps. You do this in Photoshop Preferences under the General tab.
