I don't know anyone with "perfect" Photoshop skills. Many on this forum have used Photoshop for years and we are still learning new techniques.

The links given by Ged will help you, but it would be good to know what use are you intending to make of Photoshop and what skills you want to develop e.g. painting, graphics, photography, 3D ....etc
