Photoshop: Sky Replacement Foreground Lighting Layer causes harsh line on photo

Using PS Sky Replacement.  The Forground Lighting Layer causes a harsh line on the photo.  (See attached.)   I do not want to change the scale of th sky, as the clouds will be distorted.  I would prefer to have the foreground lighting layer cover the entire photo.  [Photoshop 23.5.1 Release. Mac OS 10.15.7]

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

    I'm using an Adobe Sky pic.  The settings are the defaulted options.

    I want to see if you could edit the Layer Mask.
