Starting just recently, Photoshop has been stalling when I've been trying to crop my image and have only been able to get out of it by force closing the program. Any ideas or help would be grateful.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out!

Sorry to hear about Photoshop stalling when you're trying to crop an image, that doesn't good.

Would you mind telling us which version of Photoshop and the operating system are you working on?
Have you tried resolving the problem yourself?

Could you please try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

If that doesn't help, then try restoring Photoshop's preferences and let us know how it goes.

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html

Regards,
Sahil

Which version of Photoshop and OS?

How much RAM and spare disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences, which you can find under the General tab in Photoshop preferences?
