Photoshop starts lagging after a while

This has been happening for around a year now

After about 20-30 mins of use, photoshop starts lagging, it takes ages to CTRL+ALT+DLT anything. the brushes lags, the program just feels clunky.

It works perfectly fine at the start but suddenly everything slows down drammatically. restarting photoshop does not fix it, I have to restart my entire PC. To get photoshop working again. This does not happen with any other program. 

I am using a HUOIN CAMvas pro 24 inch tablet, with an intel 10600kf, 16GB DDR4 and An rtx 580 8GB GPU. This issue only happens with photoshop and it's driving me insane, please help.
