Photoshop startup error

Hi, I have a problem: when I start Photoshop the following error occurs: "Cannot open changelog file Photoshop Changelog. Changelog is not active"; Then it starts and works. What can I do? (I reinstalled the program but the error still occurs. Sorry for the translation. 🙂

    Do you have any custom API's running in Photoshop? That is the only thing that would cause a Changelog error, however translated - this is asking for registration.
