Photoshop stops working when using remove tool using ai

When using this tool, Photoshop stops working. I tried changing the operating system, but the problem was not solved

Hi there,

 

we're sorry for the trouble you are seeing with Remove tool in Photoshop. Are you seeing these issues after the latest update of Photoshop? Have you tried updating the Graphics drivers on your Windows machine? If not, please update the Graphics drivers from the manufacture website, restart Photoshop and try again. Also, if you have submitted the crash log along with your email address, please share your email address with us over direct message so that we can check the crash logs.

The problem appears in the basic version, not the beta version
