Photoshop subscription

Hi. Im planning to subscribe a Photoshop software. Im confused between the plan which has Photoshop for desktop and mobile and the plan which has Photoshop as a single app. I have read that Photoshop is available to ipad even to android phone but Ive found out that this version of Photoshop esp in ipad is not yet complete. I am looking for a full version of a Photoshop. What plan am I going to get? Thanks for help.

Photoshop for the iPad pro is included with the Photoshop  photography Plan. There is no iPhone or Android Photoshop app. There are Photoshop compamion apps for mobile phones.  mobile and compaion Apps

    Im planning to make a graphic novel. Ive seen in youtube that the artist are usinh Photoshop CC. Is photoshop photography capable of my needs? Thanks.

    The term "graphic novel" seems general and all inclusive to me.  So I would think Photoshop may not meet all your needs. You may need additional products depending on how graphic your novel will be.

      I'm sure it's capable. Photoshop can be used for lots of purposes, so you would want to look for tutorials for what you want to do with it.

       

      You may also want to consider working with a vector drawing app, such as adobe Illustrator, or Inkscape, which is free.
