Photoshop suddenly running drastically slower

The night before photoshop was running very smoothly. This moring the everything has been running extremely slow. on a completly empty canvas brushes lag and zooming in and out is very slow and choppy. even on a 100 x 100 pixel canvas the brushes still lag drastically. The only changes i made to my computer was that I changed some resoultion settings to troubleshoot issues with Parsec but after that was resolved all the setting were reverted to as they were before.

I've reinstalled photoshop twice, installed the newest version, completely wiped all my preferences and so far nothing has changed.

Ive also run very performance heavy scenes in Blender to see if its somehting else about my computer but it runs it perfectly normal.

currently photoshop settings show that it is using the correct graphics card under the performance tab

Windows 11

Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H 2.30 GHz

Ram: 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Labtop GPU

Dual GPUs is always a potential conflict (and a common problem with laptops). You may need to completely disable the integrated GPU.

It seems there's an issue with the uploaded video and I can't edit a post after it's been replied to so here's the video again

Update: For some reason I checked off this box and everything runs smoother, which really doesnt make sense. However, with this unchecked I can't use scrubby zoom which still makes things incredibly difficult to work with

I am running 25.0.0 on Win with Ryzen 5 5600G and RTX 2060, RAM 32GB without any app in the background and everything works very similar to your video.

By the way, video can not be previewed anymore for some reason, it shows me: We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. Please re-upload the file or contact Box support.
