Photoshop Support

I recently contacted Adobe Support, asking for help with my Photoshop. They requested remote access to my device using a website called https://screen.share.adobe.com/#sa_src=web-messaging. Is this normal, or was it fake? My apologies if I posted this in the wrong spot, thank you for your time.
