Photoshop texture replacement & perspective

Hi, I got trouble with a picture (attachment)... I need to transform all the dark work in very clear gray wood.

I try :

- change color by layer

- add texture by layer

- add texture by layer and distort it for the perspective

- try all the fusion mode on the layer

Nothing work correctly, I always lost the shadow and/or the dark zone. Or the new color is really to dark.
