Photoshop tools not working

Since moving to an M1 Imac, running Monterey, I've been unable to use any of the tools in Photoshop because all I get is a white hand. The spacebar is not stuck, and under the Filters menu, I'm able to move to other programs like Topaz and On1. This happens whether I'm going from Lightroom, or opening an image directly in Photoshop. It was working perfectly on my old computer, if a little slowly.

First, try resetting your preferences, any better?

Press and hold Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) immediately after launching Photoshop.

If not, try disabling GPU in the preferences (Preformance tab). Any better?
If not, go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Better?

Hi!

Can you tell us what version of Photoshop you have installed? And are you running the lastest version of Monterey?
