Photoshop top menu bar is missing (File, Edit, Image..) on Mac

After i updated Mac iOS to Sonoma 14.0 I can no longer see the top Application Menu (File, Edit, etc.)

Please help!

Maybe you are in full screen mode. Hit escape or hit F to toggle between the 3 screen modes.
