I bought me a touchscreen model expecting that it would work. How do I make it work? Because I want to use a pin on it? I spent all this money on this program and then spent money on a touchscreen monitor and it doesn't work.

Hi @daniel28863455ugi5 are you expecting the touchscreen to use pressure sensitivity on brushes? That is not possible.

There a numerous posts regarding the same.

The only thing you can do with a touchscreen is gestures as noted by the other experts on this thread.

Does it work at all? For example on Windows desktop? If not, you must fix this before using it in Photoshop. Check you have connected the USB cable as well as video cable.
