photoshop update to CC2018

Question

i have been trying to download the latest photoshop version . Just before the download .I received Sorry, you'll need to upgrade your OS to run the newest version of Photoshop. I have annual subscribtion to Photoshop CC2018 . Unfortunately now it is unavailable . What can i do ?

What exactly is your OS? Please tell us in case there happens to be a way round this that Adobe forgot.

You have a subscription to Photoshop CC, not a particular version: Adobe expect you to upgrade and expect you to keep your system up to date too.

The days are gone when they tried to help people with old systems.
