Photoshop v21.0.2 Color Picker

Hello, I have noticed that the color picker has changed and it is not entering colors correctly and I am not able to enter a hex #. Can someone advise how to switch it back to standard or an alternative way to enter a hex? Thanks in advance.

You're in 32 bit depth on your file. That's the special color picker just for 32 bit depth. Hex values aren't used. Change to 16 or 8 bit depth.
