Photoshop v21.1.2 edits are not being saved in lightroom

Hi all,

Today,  (May 17, 2020) I opened an image in Lightroom, hit "command e" to open it in Photoshop v21.1.2. I edited it, as usual, saved it, and went back to Lightroom. It didn't stack as it should. I reset my preferences, reloaded the software, rebooted the computer, did all the usual things but the edits still are not saving. How do I fix this?
