Photoshop V22.4.3 doesn't load my Plug-Ins anymore (NikSoftware)

Ich habe es wieder zum Laufen gebracht. (Ich schreibe auf deutsch und lasse automatisch übersetzen.)

Zusätzlich ist mir allerdings ein zweiter Fehler aufgefallen: Unter Datei - Dateiinformationen ist immer der Fehler aufgetreten, dass das Bibliotheksmodul nicht geladen werden kann. ( Metadata library could not be loaded)

Mein Vorgehen, welches vermutlich auch einfacher geht:
1) Photoshop Elements deinstallieren
2) Premiere Elements deinstallieren
3) Nik Collection deinstallieren
4) in allen Verzeichnissen manuell Reste gelöscht, die mit Elements zu tun haben könnten
5) Im google Verzeichnis Reste von Nik Collection gelöscht
6) PC neu gestartet
7) Photoshop Elements installiert
😎 der Fehler mit der Dateiinformation ist immer noch aufgetreten
9) eine Lösung dazu gefunden --> Metadata library could not be loaded
10) Eine Reparaturinstalltion von Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 durchgeführt
11) Anzeige der Dateiinformationen funktionieren wieder
12) Nik Collection 1.2.11 wieder installiert

13) Glücklich sein -- es hat tatsächlich funktioniert !!

Eine mögliche Idee zum abkürzen, die ich allerdings nicht ausprobieren kann. Sollte die Dateiinformation tatsächlich auch nicht funktionieren, dann gleich die Reparaturinstallation von Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 durchführen. Vielleicht hat das eine Auswirkung auf die Nik Collection.

Wie gesagt, das konnte ich aber nicht testen. Möglicherweise habe ich aber auch zwei unabhängige Fehler gehabt.

I got it working again. (I write in German and have it translated automatically).

However, I also noticed a second error: Under File - File Information, the error always occurred that the library module could not be loaded. ( Metadata library could not be loaded)

My procedure, which is probably also simpler
1) Uninstall Photoshop Elements
2) Uninstall Premiere Elements
3) Uninstall Nik Collection
4) manually delete leftovers in all directories that might have something to do with Elements
5) Delete Nik Collection remnants in the google directory
6) restarted PC
7) installed Photoshop Elements
😎 the error with the file information still occurred
9) found a solution --> Metadata library could not be loaded
10) did a repair installation of Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4
11) Display of file information works again
12) Nik Collection 1.2.11 installed again

13) Be happy -- it actually worked !!!

One possible idea to shortcut, but I can't try it. If the file information actually doesn't work either, then do the repair installation of Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 right away. Maybe this will have an effect on the Nik Collection.

As I said, I could not test this. However, I may have had two independent errors.

thanks for your answer, but what bothers me is that it did run on newer versions. i had photoshop 2021 installed months ago and it worked just fine with nik-collection, therefor i thought there might be a solution to keep it running. thanks anyways. 

if someone knows to somehow work around it, i would be happy for any hint.
