Photoshop v23.0 Neural filter bug

The "JPEG artifacts removal" neural filter in Photoshop v23.0 now only runs on the CPU instead of using the GPU.

I have tried reviewing the performance settings, restarting the computer, etc., but this did not solve the problem. I'm using Intel CPU and NVIDIA GPU.

The only way to solve the problem was to downgrade the version to v22.5.2.

Please forgive me that I am Japanese and am posting this using machine translation.

You've got two cards in this system. See step 7 here for instructions to change the preferred graphics processor to High-performance NVIDIA processor.: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

I followed step 7 and set the NVIDIA control panel to give priority to high performance NVIDIA processors, but that didn't help.

In addition, I tried to set Windows graphics settings to give priority to high performance NVIDIA processors, but that didn't help either.

If you go to Preferences > Performance... is "Use Graphics Processor" enabled?

Yes.
I also tried disabling it and then restarting Photoshop and enabling it again, but that didn't work either.

OK. It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
