Hello Everyone,

I have a psd file, which have variable layers  when I export I get this step part of the export which adds significant time to the export process, everything works fine and I'm able to export its just the converting colors step takes time, I know this is a single issue with the file I have but i'm not sure how to fix it, I have other files that work fine when I export via variables.

Any help is really appreciated.

Thank you

Adam

Is this a color profile issue? Are you, for example, working in Adobe RGB 1998 but exporting out into sRGB? If this is the case, would using the same color profile within the Photoshop document that you are exporting out to solve this issue?

This is happening - Converting colors- because files which you are using for pixel replacement are in different color mode/profile and Photoshop must convert them. The only way to fix this, as far as I know, is to batch process, actually convert files which you are using for pixel replacement variables.

Thank you for your answer, you put me in the right direction, I fixed by going to Edit>Color Settings and the switching all 3 color management options to OFF, that did it. Thank you

Nicely done. Good to hear you solved it.
