Kevin, I thought of that, but then I've never heard of any Adobe “asking” for a user to run a different (and specific) version of an app. Is that a macOS-only feature? If so, it's very handy that Photoshop can read the system and tell a user what specific older version will be compatible with their particular setup. #learnsomethingnewhereeveryday

@J E L , no macOS does not "ask" users to run specific versions.

Hi @Juan Carlos30165215fou7 if you mean CC2018 you can download it here:

if you mean version 18.x which is CC2017 you can find them here:

Hi @Juan Carlos30165215fou7, it's possible you are reading the text wrong, or it got lost in translation. Are you trying to download Photoshop Beta with the new generative fill feature? If so, you may be getting an error that says you must be 18 years old to use Photoshop Beta. Please see the correct answers marked in this thread for more information on how to set your age. https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-beta-bugs/p-generative-fill-button-greyed-out-age/idc-p/13826005/page/21.

If this is not your problem, let us know. You can revert to earlier versions of Photoshop from the Creative Cloud desktop app.
