Photoshop very slow

how are you? I'm facing a very annoying problem with the new version of photoshop. Every time he seems to start working hard. It's very slow, I can do the things that the new version offers, but this slowness still takes up a lot of my work time. I don't know what it could be, as other versions before 2023 worked perfectly. Can anyone give me any tips on what I can do to improve this slowness?

In a first step you should try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

Please backup your settings before resetting the preferences. You can check:

Please check that your system is up-to-date. Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. If you have a NVidia graphic card installed, make sure that you are using the recent Studio version of the driver, not the Game Ready version.

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.
