Photoshop Video Render not working

Hi,

I been using Photoshop CC on OSX 10.15,1 (Catalina). Every function is working fine except for video render. I load the file, try to render to mp4 and when I click on renderthe hourgalss keep spinning, there is not progress bar. I tried to update the app and I keep having the same result. So I uninstall photoshop and tried using a previous version but no luck.  My friend did the render for me, he doesn't have Catalina and worked

What else can I do? Thanks
