Photoshop Viewer not responding

I was working on an image and i zoomed and pan the image using the shortcut key spacebar+ Mouse suddenly the image is not movig even when i tried pan and used those inbuilt scrolls but the image was not responding only the viewer was not working other than that layer panel properties and all menu were working fine. It happens too often whenever I tried to pan the image so anyone please give me the solution for the problem
