Photoshop we can't verify your subscription status reference code 202 - Windows 11 Beta

Creative cloud works fine, but trying to use photoshop ends up in: "We can't verify your subscription status" and then an error with reference code 202. Nothing works to fix it, reinstalling after uninstalling (and deleting every single file related to adobe and all registry entries and credential manager entries), uninstalling network adapaters and logging back in, using a VPN, using a different wi-fi, different user account, deleting only credential manager entries (results in a connection error), deleting AAMUpdate and OOBE. Trying to reinstall it now results in a 206 error, unless I use the offline installer. Oddly enough, I can't log out of creative cloud no matter how I try to, pressing sign out signs me out (after a warning of course) and then it presents me with a message that I need to log back into my account to use the services, however clicking log in results in nothing, it stays loading and creative cloud eventually offers to relaunch, and then it goes back into my account without me logging in. I am using Windows 11 Pro 22454.1000 (22454.rs_prerelease.210903-1516), however the problems started a month or more after I started using Windows 11.

Windows 11 might not be officially supported, however it was working fine for a month, and I'm pretty sure it was not one of the updates that caused it to stop working. My problem is exactly like the one described by https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/apps-won-t-launch-error-reference-202/m-p/11341329, minus the renaming folders to install things (probably because I deleted all the folders)

You will probably need to roll back to Window 10 until Windows 11 is released and supported.

One other note, Window 11 is not officially supported.
