Photoshop: When Work in Image Sequence to Make GIF, on Export Screen App Not Responding

I make PNG Sequence frame by frame in Adobe Premier Pro, but when im open first frame in PS with Image Sequence and go to Export>Save For WEB in this window or save windows App Crashing. Im uninstall and install again App multiple times. But result is same. What can I do for that ?

When im open I have less than 30 seconds or something else yo save it. After a couple of seconds its crashing.
