Photoshop will not open raw files from my camera

I have a Nikon Z6 and have updated my photoshop, Lightroom and Camera Raw and now when trying to open a .NEF file it says that the program cannot open a theis file.  Please assist

If you are using Photoshop CC, update Adobe Camera Raw to 12.0.1 through the CC Desktop app.
