Photoshop with Mac Os compatibility

Hi,

Thanks in advance for any help. I'm facing some weird issues in photoshop, ever since I updated my Mac os from Mojave to Catalina my photoshop started giving me trouble...so while working if u press 'Tab' or 'F' key the options of the 'Options Bar' just disappears... I can't make a change to the object which have drawn e.g circle, suppose I want to change the stroke of the circle or change the color etc I'm not able to do that coz those options just disappears from the option bar and this is happening since have upgraded Mac os to the latest one.
