Photoshop without CC

I don't thing i am going to need the Creative Cloud and paying for it is unnecessary from me, is there any way to buy/rent photoshop without tthe CC?

I guess this asked a lot here, i have tried to google it ask found posts from years back which say "Buy photoshop cs6". but as i have understood cs6 is not for sale anymore

Photoshop CC is the only version available now and is subscription only.

The cheapest way into Photoshop CC is the Photography Plan which gets you Photoshop and Lightroom.

Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan | Professional photo editing software

You can buy outright the simpler Photoshop Elements, which may meet your needs

Photoshop Elements is available for purchase as a standalone app, see Easy Photo Editing Software | Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019.
