Photoshop won't create new file

anybody experiencing this? when i open photoshop its just black screen, I can't open new file.

Sorry that you cannot create a new document in Photoshop as it just shows a black screen.

Which version of Photoshop are you using and what is your operating system?

If you do not use the Home screen or the new New Document dialog, you can disable them.

Go to Edit (Windows) / Photoshop (macOS) > Preferences > General.

In the Preferences dialog, select the Use Legacy New Document Dialog and deselect the Auto-Show the Home Screen option.

Hi i think you need to install new version of photoshop or clean windows install...regards
