Photoshop won't initialize due to scratch discs, but nothing can be done?

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Opening in special mode to change hard drives and there is no difference.

I have deleted a lot of files to make room.

I have tried first aid.

I have tried to locate ~PST or .tmp files.

I am really struggling I need to work and can't seem to do anything.

HEEEEELLLLLP.

Also my Acrobat keeps asking me to sign in repetitively and I can't make progress there either.

No time left to play. Deadlines await.

Karen.

Try holding Ctrl+Alt or CMD+Option starting Photoshop change your scratch disk configuration using the dialog when it opens. Do not include Startup C:\

Hi Karen,

Moved from Adobe Creative Cloud to Photoshop

Also, please tell us your operating system and version as well as the version of Photoshop you are using.

How much actual space do you have? You could delete a million small files without making a diffference. Please let us know.
