Photoshop Won't Launch After Latest Update

The latest update removed my GPU from the preferences. The fix is to re-add it through preferences. The problem: I can't access preferences as Photoshop gives an error message & sends me to https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-cc-gpu-card-faq.html#Unsupportedgraphicscards

Then closes.

HELP!!! On numerous deadlines & need Photoshop!
