Question

Photoshop won't let me use printer features on our Konica Minolta BizHub 250i

My Adobe Photoshop print window won't allow me to access the printer features for our Konica Minolta Bizhubc250i

In Adobe Illustrator I can access these features. I can specify paper weight and which drawer to print from. I can tell the printer to fold and staple stuff. I can specify if printed one side or both sides.

But the Adobe Photoshop print window does not give me the option of Printer Features.

It's very frustrating. I didn't used to have this problem. But Adobe keeps "improving" their product.

The printer specific features are inserted by the printer driver into the macOS Print settings. Both Illustrator and Photoshop provide a way to get to the macOS Print settings, as shown in the picture below.

In Illustrator, you click Setup.

In Photoshop, you click Print Settings.

In InDesign, you click Printer.

My Mac is on macOS 13 so it shows that, and also I have a Canon instead of a Konica Minolta, but macOS should display printer-specific settings in the same final place in all apps.

Adobe has not changed their Print dialog boxes in many years, but Apple recently rearranged the macOS Print dialog box, I think in macOS 12.
