Photoshop won't load

Hi I have recently installed the latest MAC OS on Imac. Now I am told that my photoshop app trial has ended and have to buy new app. My account states I am paid up until August 2022. What do I do to get back to normal service?

Any of this help? Sounds like something got mucked up in the process of "upgrading." (Note the quotes.)
