Photoshop Won't Load/Open

Ever since I updated the app yesterday evening, I closed the app and tried to reopen it and it won't open. At first my creative cloud app was doing the same but I uninstalled that and reinstalled it and It now works. I also uninstalled Ps and reinstalled it (that process done 3 times since yesterday) and it only shows black screen. I have stuff I need to turn in and create but I can't access it due to Ps not working!!!! HEELLPPPP
