Photoshop Won't Open

I'm using a macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6, and Photoshop won't open. I have already reinstalled it several times, as well as log in and out of Creative Cloud. There aren't any pop-up messages when I attempt to start it, and the app icon appears for a second in the dock before disappearing. Can anyone please help?

Try resetting you user ID Preferences. Launch and immeitly Press and hold the CMD+Option+Shift keys. Photoshop open a dialog asking if you want to delete your Preferences reply YES.

On a Mac you can hold Cmd+Option+Shift+Ctrl first, then launch Photoshop from the dock. The timing isn’t as tricky this way.
