Photoshop won't open

When I attempt to open Photoshop it only opens up a gray Blank screen and then when I open up Creative Cloud it says " files Syncing error" I've even tried uninstalling it and changing what it said to change. someone please help. I need it fixed urgently.

The first area that I suggest is to uninstall and reinstall the Creative Cloud app, and then update the applications as necessary.

you can install an older version of Photoshop from the Creative Cloud app to see if that works
