Photoshop Won't Open Files on M1 iPad ... 3 weeks now :(

photoshop won't open files on my iPad m1 for 3 weeks now.

it's 12.9 with 1tb drive.

any time I call in adobe thinks it might be related to a bug they know, so won't give me support, or other things to try.

Has anyone encountered anything like this and found a workaround?

Ah, I confused myself because I didn't notice "iPad". Sorry. Still, I think we need to know what "won't open files" means.

You need to give a lot more detail. "Won't open files" covers dozens of different problems. Screen shots of any errors are vital. Also, what version of Photoshop? I don't know what 12.9 means.
