Photoshop won't open new iphone screenshot png, says ICC profile invalid. Opens iphone photos OK

When opening screenshot pngs from my iphone, Photoshop says ICC profile invalid, ingnores it, and opens the iphone 13 screenshot png in all crazy rainbow colors.  My old iphone 6S screenshot pngs all opened perfectly.  Pictures(photos) on the iphone open up fine.  Copying the pngs to my computer doesn't make any difference, they still open crazy colors.  All color filters on the phone are off, both color inversions are also off.  I have tried changing profiles after opening the png in photoshop, but that doesn't work either.  Posted image of Photoshop with iphone 6 image on left and iphone 13 image on right.  The strange colors make the text extremely difficult to read, which is more important as these are job records.  How can I fix the profiles so that they open with normal colors if they cannot be changed after they are open?  thanks for any help.

Perhaps try opening the iPhone screenshot and assign P3 colourspace. If that looks wrong, try assigning sRGB.

If assigning one of those 2 doesn’t fix it there is something amiss, is this with ALL your screenshots or just the one?

Are you opening the phone screenshot by first exporting from within Apple's Photos app ? If not how are you getting the screenshot to Photoshop please?

What exact version and build of Photoshop? Can you post a sample of an original file SooC with the offending profile?
