Photoshop Won't start

Photoshop Won't Start AT ALL

The title box is :- Photoshop.exe - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.

I haven't been able to Start Photoshop even once. Not even the starting Picture thingy comes. Straight up this Dialogue box. I used to run Photoshop CS6 just fine. I can Run After Effects and Premiere CC Fine too. Just Photoshop isn't working. My trial is already running out. and I haven't Been able to use it even once.

Tried All the Solutions Out there... From Visual C++ and .NET updates, To CHKDSK, Clean Reinstalls, To adding New DLL files mscoree, Xinput, etc.

DO something . please

I meet all the minimum system requirements.
