Photoshop wont open

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and when I click to open, nothing happens. When I try to install other versions, it'll ask if I want to remove or keep my photoshop preferences and I have tried both options but then a message states there's a conflict uninstalling the app. Every time I click continue on this message, it just reappears and it results in me only having the option to cancel and then I'm back to square one. I just want to open the application to finish my work so any help or ideas would be appreciated.
