photoshop zoom problem

Hi

I have just updated my Wacom driver and photoshop zoom is out of control .

When I use my intous 5 touch and Cintiq 13hd touch, The gesture to zoom in and out is really fast and out of control. not smooth and slow.

Please help.

I am using photoshop cc 2018.

I am using an old Wacom driver at the moment.
