Photoshop zooms-in when resizing brush

Hello! I found that another user had the same issue but there was no solution.

Think is that everytime I resize any brush (stamp, selection tool etc.), the image zooms-in. This action is performed with Alt+Rclick (I think) but I use a Wacom tablet and I just have to press a button and slide up/down and left/right for size and opacity. It worked like this for years.
I tried with a mouse but the problem keeps existing. Tablet, Windows, Photoshop, everything is updated.

Any help please?!
