Photoshope 22.5 Bugging Out All over the place

Question

Always been happy with new releases, but this latest release is bugged out all over the place.

For some Reason Filters keeps glitching, leaves artifacts or double pictures on the screen from time to time, and sometimes locks up.

Exporting JPG does not save your selections and reverts back to good settings

Right clicking on a picture to bring up tool size options fails from time to time.

When working on pictures, sometimes for no reason it will just hang up, then it feels like it catches up 10+ seconds later.

I have to regulary shutdown and restart to correct the above, but ultimately can't work on more than 5 pictures without experecning it hanging up or glitching.

Anyone else having issues?

I'm not seeing that here, but your description of screen glitches sounds like a GPU issue. Photoshop is gradually being rewritten to use more modern functionality so you might see such a change between versions. Start by making sure your GPU driver is up to date from the manufacturers website.
