Photoshot shuts down

Photoshop imidiately shuts down when after openig it, i've reseted my preferences, what could be the problem?

Hi there,

 

Sorry that Photoshop keeps shutting down at launch. That isn't a usual experience, let us help make it right.

 

Which version of Photoshop are you using and what is your operating system?

 

Have you tried signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and then signed back in? This will also help to check if you're using the latest version of the app.

    version 21.0

    i am using windows 10

    i created another account and opened PS with it, but it still did the same thing😭

    Open the Windows Task Manager so it is visible on your display.  Start Photoshop and look at the task manger.  Do you see Photoshop 21.1.2 Open then terminate.  If you do use Windows reliability history viewer see if there are any crash  report for Photoshop stopped working.  See what module failed in the detail report.
